This American Porter has a rich and creamy mouthfeel with a dryer finish. As it warms up in your hands, you can better smell and taste the chocolate malt. A great beer to sit back and enjoy on those cold winter days.

A classic pale ale with a bit more carbonation to tingle the tongue. Our Saison has a fruity sweetness that finishes dry and with a little bit of bitterness from the Rye malt and hops.

This IPA is packed with four types of hops (Magnum, Chinook, Centennial, and Citra). It has a nice blend of bitterness traditionally found in an IPA with the aromas and flavors from the Centennial and Citra dry hop additions. The Blackness comes from the Crystal malt and midnight wheat offering a little bit of maltiness and finishing a bit on the dry side. Bringing together two popular beers styles - dark and IPA.

Our take on the classic cream ale offering a medium body and creamy mouthfeel with a subtle residual sweetness. Just a little bit of influence from hops so don’t worry if you don’t like hoppy beers. This is a sessionable beer that is perfect for the new explorer of craft beers and one of our favorite go-to beers.

When Kent’s parents bought a house in the Finger Lakes, hanging on the lamp post was a sign with the name ‘Braeloch’. That home in the Finger Lakes came to be a place where our family and close friends would gather throughout the year for reunions, just to relax, just to talk, and just to have fun. It is a place to go to unwind and be away from the rest of life. That is what is behind why we started Braeloch Brewing. A place where the community can come for great craft beer, local food, and just hang out and enjoy what life has to offer. view more.
