Our Imperial Saison, Soul Shine. Aged for 11 months in a Chardonnay Barrel. Bright white grape on the nose, supported by a pleasant malt backbone with a dry but full-bodied finish.

A traditional kolsch base, conditioned on orange peel and madagascar vanilla beans! Bright, refreshing notes of creamsicle dominate, finished with a clean breadiness and lingering crispness.
